Keith Svendsen

Keith Svendsen has been Chief Executive Officer of APM Terminals since 2022, leading a global portfolio of around 60 terminals in 33 countries. He is a member of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Executive Board and its Investment Committee. He joined Maersk in 1990 as a sea-going cadet and has since held senior positions spanning Shipping, Logistics and Terminals, across operations, commercial leadership and country management in Denmark, Italy, the United Kingdom, Turkey, China and the Netherlands. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Operating Officer of APM Terminals (2017 to 2022), and as Head of Operational Execution for Maersk Line (2012 to 2017), running the daily execution of the network.
