Maersk ERNs are vibrant, employee-driven networks that provide awareness around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). The networks create safe environments for all Maersk colleagues to share experiences, exchange ideas and support each other.
Building a better workplace for everyone

Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) are one of the ways we put this principle into practice. By bringing staff members together who share similar interests, these voluntary, employee-led groups enhance and elevate the culture and environment for our colleagues.
Our aim
Through our ERNs, we aim to create an inclusive culture, in which colleagues feel comfortable to be themselves. At the same time, we want to make sure we’re addressing all aspects of diversity, equity and inclusion. ERNs act as a voice for our workforce, providing input to ensure that company policies truly align with our commitment to inclusivity.

Diverse Abilities and Neurodiversity
Our Diverse Abilities and Neurodiversity ERN is a global network of colleagues who work to increase awareness of the strengths and challenges of people with diverse abilities, and how to support those with diverse abilities.
