Service adjustments Asia to/from – US West Coast

Maersk is dedicated to support our customers and respond to the unprecedented market situation on the US West Coast with severe port congestion slowing down supply chains and cargo delivery across various ports.

In response to these challenges Maersk will make adjustment on our TP Alaska service by adding vessels and rationalizing the port coverage to provide a more stable service with an improved schedule reliability.

TP Alaska will now offer direct coverage from Shanghai & Yantian into Tacoma with weekly capacity while continuing to offer the same westbound coverage from Dutch Harbor into North-East Asia on fortnightly basis.

Current TP Alaska schedule: Dutch Harbor (US)* – Yokohama (JP)* – Busan (KR)* – Qingdao (CN)* (*bi-weekly call).

New TP Alaska schedule: Shanghai (CN) – Yantian (CN) – Tacoma (US) – Dutch Harbor (US)* – Yokohama (JP)* – Busan (KR)* – Qingdao (CN)* – Shanghai (CN) – Yantian (CN) – Tacoma (US) (*bi-weekly call).
