Notice of Changes to Invoice Title (EDI)

This is to inform you that the “EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TAX INVOICE AND ADJUSTMENT NOTE,", is currently failing due to a limitation in the number of characters allowed in the EDI message transmission. To avoid message failures, we have made minor changes in the invoice titles. Therefore, effective 17 February 2024, all customers from Australia and New Zealand that are receiving EDI and PDF documents, will notice a name change on a few of their invoice title descriptions as seen below: 

Current Invoice title: EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE TAX INVOICE
New Invoice title: EQUIP. MAINTENANCE TAX INVOICE

Current Credit note title: EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE ADJUSTMENT NOTE
New Credit note title: EQUIP. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTMENT NOTE

Please ensure that this information is passed on to your Information Technology (IT) Team, Integration Team, or third-party vendor to ensure that they are aligned with these changes.
