We would like to inform you that the vessel 393 MAERSK CAPE TOWN VOYAGE 521N, originally scheduled to arrive at the Port of Mombasa, Kenya on Sunday, 18th May 2025 is now expected to arrive late at night on Tuesday, 20th May 2025.
The delay is due to unforeseen power outages at the Port of Mundra, India which impacted the vessel’s schedule and has subsequently affected its arrival in Mombasa.
As a result of the revised arrival time, the vessel will have a shortened port stay, with departure now scheduled for 23rd May 2025 to maintain onward transshipment connections. Unfortunately, due to the reduced port stay, we regret to inform you that not all export cargo originally planned for loading will be accommodated.
To minimize the impact, we are actively rebooking the containers that cannot be loaded onto this vessel to the next earliest available vessel. Maersk will arrange transfer and alteration for all cargo that was planned for 393 MAERSK CAPE TOWN VOYAGE 521N and nominated/ released by Saturday 17th May 2025 2300hrs to the next vessel.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please rest assured that all efforts are being made to mitigate the impact of this disruption, and we remain committed to supporting you through the necessary adjustments.
Should you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact your local Maersk Customer Service representative or check Local Information and Schedules for more details.
