As part of our ongoing effort to optimize our network for improved reliability and coverage, Maersk will be terminating the participation on the New Brazex service.
To ensure a smooth transition, please note the final sailings:
- The last southbound voyage will be the M/V CMA BERLIOZ 540S (or substitute), sailing from Veracruz on October 2, 2025.
- The last northbound voyage will be the M/V CMA BERLIOZ 544N (or substitute), sailing from Paranagua on November 1, 2025.
In terms of MSK cargo being moved via New Brazex:
- For shipments to/ from Salvador: Import cargo will be served via Suape, and export cargo will be connected via UCLA through our cabotage network.
- All other cargo previously moving on the New Brazex service will be reallocated to our UCLA and/or GULFEX services.
We thank you for your trust and partnership. Our team is ready to assist you with this transition and discuss the best routing options for your future shipments.
Please contact your local Maersk customer service or sales representative for any questions or to review your specific cargo plans.
