Revised Pre-Gate (Ticket) process at Piraeus

We at Maersk always strive towards making your experience with us a better one. Effective 1 st of February 2026, we plan to apply the new Pre-Gate (ticket) process for all Exports through Piraeus terminals. From the application onwards, we will only create Pre-gates for shipments and containers that vessel’s ETD is in the next 10 calendar days and VGM (Verified Gross mass) has been submitted. Tickets for shipments with either ETD more than 10 days or missing VGM, will not be issued.

Pre-gate Tickets will be created twice per day, firstly in the morning after 10am and secondly in the afternoon after 4pm. Email requests for tickets that are sent directly to PIROPSGEN@maersk.com will not be attended from 14 th of February 2026 onwards.
