Please be informed that, effective immediately, bookings utilizing Shipper Owned Containers (SOC) in combination with Maersk inland services from Hungary to Far East Asia (FEA) destinations within the E2/E scope are no longer accepted.

This restriction applies to all export inland products originating from Hungary, including:

  • Rail and RCO combinations
  • CY Budapest/Fenyeslitke (Container Yard) solution
  • SD (Store Door) solutions

Customers may continue to arrange their own transport to the respective seaport and utilize ocean-only services, subject to applicable commercial approvals and tariff conditions.

This measure has been implemented due to limited inland network capacity and the need to prioritize Maersk equipment repositioning activities.

Any exception requests will be subject to prior review and approval by the Product and Equipment teams.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions, please contact your local Maersk representative.

We thank you for your understanding and continued trust.
