Notice of temporary delay to Ocean invoices and credit notes on 25-26 September

Note: All times referenced in this advisory are in Central European Time.

As part of our ongoing financial system modernisation, we will be carrying out essential system activities on 25–26 September 2026. These activities require a temporary suspension of Ocean invoicing globally.

From 21:30 on 25 September to 09:00 on 26 September, Ocean invoices and credit notes will not be issued or available. This temporary suspension applies to all Ocean customers, including cash and credit customers, across all countries.

Action required: If you require Ocean invoices or credit notes for payment processing, internal closing activities, customs clearance or cargo release, please ensure you obtain them before 21:30 on 25 September 2026.

During the maintenance window, Ocean invoices and credit notes will not be available. Shipment operations will continue as normal. Once processing resumes at 09:00 on 26 September, we will prioritise any outstanding documents.
