Can you specify the documents required for dangerous/hazardous cargo?
As a carrier, we do not ask for documents when you are placing a booking request for hazardous cargo. We do need mandatory hazardous cargo details such as IMO class and UN number. If we require more details, our customer experience teams will contact you for details. Based on these details, if there are any additional documents needed, the customer service team will ask for those documents.
