Is there a fee for cancelling a booking?
If you wish to cancel your shipment – whether it’s for some or all of the container(s) – after the booking confirmation has been issued, a cancellation notice must be provided to us no less than seven (7) days before the scheduled estimated time of departure (‘ETD’). Then there's a cancellation fee which must be paid for each cancelled container.
