Yes, there is a fee for cancelling a booking:

  • If you cancel with more than seven days' notice before the scheduled estimated time of departure (ETD), you will be charged a cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel with fewer than seven days' notice before the ETD, you will be charged a no-show fee.

Here's how to request a cancellation:

  1. Click Login in the top-right corner on maersk.com.
  2. Once you’ve logged into your account, go to your Hub dashboard and find your shipment.
  3. In the shipment summary bar at the top of the page, click Cancel.
  4. Provide a reason for cancelling from the dropdown menu and add any additional comments.
  5. Click Cancel Now to complete the process.
