Change in Veterinary Inspection Charge for Transhipment Cargo at Ambarli Port-Turkiye
As per The Turkish Veterinary Border Inspection law, which was enacted in 2011, the veterinary inspection surcharge has been implemented in Ambarlı Port, Turkiye for import and transhipment cargo since February 17 2020.
Shipments which contain products under the scope of Veterinary Application are regulated under directive of Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (Oficcial Gazette – Directive No: 28149). Following the annual re-valuation done by the regulatory bodies, the amount for this application will be revised as USD 140 per B/L with effect from 8th of February 2025 and will be charged under INE (Inspection fee export) or INI (Inspection fee Import) charge name.
