Can I ship/transport cargo from neighbouring countries of Russia that is not from Russia (non-Russian origin) or going to Russia, but the booking party/shipper/consignee to the shipment is Russian (this include Belarus)?
No. Maersk is not providing any transport services involving Russian customers. In addition, Maersk will not accept any bookings for transport services where the ultimate origin or destination of cargo is Russia.
