Accessing your shipping instructions is a key step in getting your cargo moving. We’ve made it easy to complete this online.

1. From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
2. Under the Summary tab in the tasks to complete section, click Submit Shipment Instructions.
3. Complete the five tabs: Document, Parties, Payers, Cargo and VGM, and Review.
4. Click Send Shipping Instructions to submit.
5. Once processed, we will issue a digital verify copy which you can download as a pdf online.
