I have not received my Bill of Lading?

We know that having a copy of your Bill of Lading is important. You can download it online anytime.

  1. From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click View Details.
  2. Navigate to the Documents tab.
  3. Under the export related documents section, click the Download button next to the Bill of Lading.
  4. The bill will be generated in pdf format.
