Does this mean I should book via Maersk Spot or Maersk Go?

If you are an earlier customer using both solutions, we have assessed your usage and have proactively selected the solution for you based on your needs. If you feel this is incorrect, feel free to fill out this form and reach out to your customer experience representative, who can help you switch digital solutions. Please note that going forward, it will only be possible to use either Maersk Spot or Maersk Go, not both.
If you are originally only using of one solution, either Maersk Go or Maersk Spot, you should now assess which solution is best for you, based on your needs. Maersk Go is envisioned to meet the business needs for small, medium-sized and larger businesses that are interested in a purely digital offering.
Maersk Spot is for freight forwarders who also want to utilise a purely digital offering.
If you feel you are with the correct solution, there is no action needed from your side. If you feel you should be using a different solution, do not worry. We are here to assist you. Please fill reach out to your customer experience representative, who can help you make the switch.
