As an Agent/ Third Party, how do I view and download the invoices of my Customers?

If you are an Agent or Third Party, you can use MyFinance to view and download invoices on behalf of your Customers to ensure timely cargo release.

  1. Log into Maersk.com and navigate to MyFinance.
  2. Select 'I'm an agent', and search for the Invoice number(s) or Bill of Lading number(s) you require access to.
  3. If the 'Invoice no' is blue, this is a link to the invoice pdf document. If you select multiple invoices, you can also click on the [download invoice] icon to download more than 1 invoice at once.
  4. You can also select multiple invoices and send them as pdf documents to an email address [send email icon].
  5. Please note that by default, you will have access to your Customers' local invoices only. If you see that the invoice(s) you need access to are 'restricted', then you need to request approval from your Customer to access them. If you, as an Agent/Third Party, typically work on behalf of the same customer, you can request to be linked to the customer code by getting in touch using online chat.
