What is our standard with the Renewable electricity?
Maersk ensures that the electricity we use is considered renewable by purchasing Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs) to cover our yearly consumption or by using suppliers who procure EACs. Our compliant energy sources are defined as renewable according to the EU Renewable Energy Directive (RED) III and RE100 guidelines.
