- In-Transit clause NOT ALLOWED for ICD JAJPUR :Product to ICD JAJPUR (INJAJ) was ceased effective 8th July 2023. We do not have service coverage up to ICD JAJPUR anymore. Hence In-transit clause for ICD JAJPUR will be rejected.
- Writing the same in Cargo Description or anywhere on the body of the BL will not have any binding effect.
- Shipment of “Yellow Peas” commodity HS code: 07131010 is not accepted into India by Maersk unless there is a Bank Guarantee provided by Indian Consignee ensuring the release of the shipment on arrival and Government of India is allowing such import.
- We do not accept Household Goods / Unaccompanied Baggage import shipment cargo to India . Shipments booked with incorrect commodity code will be “retained on board at destination and will be shipped back to origin.
- Used rubber tyre/tire is restricted commodity and booking can only be allowed if the followings terms and conditions in the attachment are met.

- SPOT terms are those accepted at the time of booking confirmation and are not necessarily aligned with the standard tariffs. You can opt to extend the D&D Free time at multiple stages of your shipment.

- Reefer plugging and monitoring charges will be billed along with Demurrage.
- For SPOT bookings, the Export Demurrage & Detention free time slabs & per diem charges may differ depending on the booking date. For the latest offer please click here.
Demurrage: Compensation payable when the Merchant holds carrier’s Container inside the terminal, port, or depot beyond the agreed amount of Free Time (the compensation includes terminal storage costs). Demurrage Free time and calculation begins from container discharge date.
