What’s Changing?

We are upgrading our Live Chat system, which required real-time interaction in a single session, with a new asynchronous messaging platform that supports richer, more persistent conversations. You'll now be able to send a message, walk away, and come back later without losing the conversation. Your entire history will remain intact, and any available agent can pick up the thread with full context.

Key Benefits to You:

  • Retained Conversation History: Continue your conversations effortlessly. Start, pause, and resume chats at your convenience, ensuring you never lose track of important discussions.
  • Seamless Agent Handover: If your conversation is interrupted or delayed, the next available agent can pick up where the last one left off — with full visibility into your previous messages.
  • Document Sharing: You can now send and receive documents directly through chat, no need to switch to email.

Transition Date:

  • Go Live Date: The new messaging platform will be live from 7th August 2025.
