What happens if Maersk cancels my shipment?
Maersk Go offers you a loading guarantee. If we fail to load your cargo on the booked vessel, or if there is a delay of more than three days of the originally scheduled vessel departure date, you will be compensated. If you've selected to waive the cargo loading guarantee, it means your containers can get rolled — in which case we will not compensate you.
