How do I lock a rate on Maersk Go?
The option to ‘lock rate’ will be shown alongside the daily rate offer when you search for a new shipment. Select Lock rate to see further details including the non-refundable fee, which starts at 50 USD and varies depending on the trade route. To purchase the lock rate, tick the box to agree to the terms of service and select Lock rate. You can then continue making a booking with the locked rate.
Your locked rate will expire once your total booking volume for that purchase reaches 20 FFE (forty-foot equivalent unit) or after 30 days.
