What is the two-way commitment?
We strive to give the highest priority to your cargo. If we fail to load your cargo within three days before or after the scheduled departure date, we will compensate you.
This is a two-way commitment, because at the same time, whoever has made the booking must ensure the goods arrive as planned, otherwise cancellation or no-show fees will apply.
