What happens if my Verified Gross Mass (VGM) has been updated incorrectly?
If you see that your VGM has the wrong information, you can manage any updates online.
From the hub homepage, enter the shipment number into the freetext search box and click ‘View Details’.
Select the ‘Containers & VGM’ tab and click ‘Amend/Submit VGM’.
Submit the VGM and confirm the method used, such as ‘Weight after Packing’ or ‘Cargo weight added to container weight’.
If you need to check the weight of your container, you can use our dedicated Tare lookup feature.
